Yay for Volunteers!

This Week-end Lifepointe celebrated it’s 5th Easter together!   I was walking around taking pictures to document the week-end, and I was so blessed and humbled to see all of our people in action.  There were greeters, media guys, sound people, musicians, children’s workers, hostesses, sign-in people, security people,  announcement makers, and our guy who walks around the building making sure everything is in order, toilets are running, light bulbs are changed, etc. etc. etc. Gotta love that!  There were people loving on visitors, passing out bulletins & candy, hiding easter eggs, picking up trash, ushers ushering- and these are  just the things I saw taking place.  There were many other things happening behind the scenes- building cleaning, prayer teams praying, egg stuffing, errand running, problem solving, video making, worship practicing, instrument building (literally), invitation making & giving, database entering, mailer designing……whew!  Did you know it took so many people to make just 1 service happen?   Every person played a role in kingdom living.  I LOVE seeing it in action.  It moves me beyond words.  This is why God gifted us all in different ways.  Get in on the action wherever you are–you are needed and it makes a lasting difference and affects eternity for someone!  All of the  mentioned people (as well as the ones I didn’t mention) are DIFFERENCE MAKERS!

Yay for volunteers!
